The company’s secondary and more immediate goal is to ensure a full pipeline of qualified leads to help their sales teams maintain a high occupancy rate at all five residences.
To help accomplish these goals, we needed to first evaluate the company’s current digital marketing and website performance. A deep dive into Google Analytics uncovered crucial insights into online user behaviour and understanding the variables that produced the highest volume of conversions. From this analysis, a digital marketing strategy was put into place, which included: website formatting changes to improve user experience (UX), 4X volume increase in content creation for social media and the company’s blog, aggressive paid digital advertising campaigns and increased emphasis on search engine optimization (SEO).

Web development plays a vital role in digital marketing growth, and as PARC’s digital partner, we take care of all their coding needs, including: custom landing page development, performance optimization for both desktop and mobile, general maintenance / updates, and security integrations to ensure the website is equipped with the most up-to-date standards to keep their web properties safe.
In 2021, we built a custom web application that logs, monitors, and evaluates fitness progress for PARC’s residents. The dynamic web app includes a real-time senior fitness assessment test that runs through an assortment of exercises to determine a suitable level of training to improve the overall health of PARC’s seniors.
